Our returns policy lasts 14 days, if 14 days have gone since you have placed the order we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are returning an item, please ensure it has been unused and in the same condition you received it, in it's original packaging.
If the item is not in it's original condition, damage or missing parts for some reason not due to our error then only partial refunds may be granted.
In the rare case of a missing parcel we can only mark the parcel as missing 10 days after the expected delivery date. If your parcel is still missing we will refund store credit to your account in a discount code.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We’re quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive them as soon as possible. you can amend your order as much as you like before you click “confirm & pay” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.
In such case you can however, return the item to us in accordance with our returns process.
If you are shipping an item of large expense, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
