1) Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do ship worldwide but only to selected countries. If you need confirmation that we ship to your address feel free to contact us on email@example.com
2) When will I receive my order and how is it sent?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, sometimes the same working day if you order before 2.30pm. We will keep you informed on the progress of your order via our email. We will issue a dispatch confirmation when your order has been sent from our warehouse. Next Day Delivery (when selected at the checkout) will arrive with you the next working day. Cut off time to order before is 2.30PM Sunday - Friday.
3) What is your returns policy?
We offer hassle free returns within the first 14 working days of receipt as long as goods received in the same condition they were sent. Items purchased on the website can be returned for a refund including Sale & Clearance items. Sorry, we're unable to accept returns for any face masks, pierced jewellery, used/open/unsealed cosmetics/perfume or any underwear/swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
4) Can I get a refund if my item is no longer suitable?
Sure, you can have a refund as long as the item is returned within 14 days from receipt brand new and unworn with all labels & tags intact. Sorry, we're unable to accept returns for any face masks, pierced jewellery, used/open/unsealed cosmetics/perfume or any underwear/swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.
5) Do you offer next day shipping?
Yep we do! Orders placed before 2.30pm Sunday - Friday are dispatched the same day for delivery the very next day. Please visit our delivery & shipping information page for full details and terms.
6) I'm struggling to log in with my username and password.
If you are registered on the site already and have forgotten your details you can go to My Account at the top of the website and click on the account reminder form on the page.
7) Can I cancel my order?
We can only cancel/ amend order details if your order has not gone into our warehouse for processing. Please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will try our best to honour your request however we can not guarantee any changes will be made.
8) Are my details kept private?
Your details are not shared with any other party and stored following data protection and anti spam legislation.
9) Do I have to pay for postage if I'm returning an item?
Returns postage is the responsibility of the user unless the item is faulty. Please contact us if this is the case, we suggest purchasing a tracked delivery service to return the items. Make sure you keep your postage certificate as well as proof, in case you're returned parcel goes missing.
